it is with great sadness that i am writing with tonight, upon receiving the recent news of musician and sculptor Mick Karn's sudden illness.

i had the great pleasure of meeting Mick in London, late '90's, while performing there with his and my good friend Robby Aceto.

aside from knowing him already as a remarkable and inspiring artist - i will personally forever remember leaving London with the deep impressions of a warm, kind and remarkably hospitable man with the ability of making even the most timid of us comfortable in his presence.  i forget not the evening we were so graciously invited back to his flat, and with vividness remember the warm and wonderful energy that Mick possessed and shared.

with the sudden news of his failing health - it is with the utmost importance that Mick and his family are able to endure the unexpected costs resulting from such a debilitating and catastrophic illness - now and for the future of his family.

i have often ignored that, for some, the reason they are drawn towards my pieces are words.  or jumbles of...sometimes rhyme or no rhyme....or sometimes for other reasons i have never thought of.

often these song words take on different meaning than was initially intended upon for many - and sometimes i have had people describe what i was trying to describe for me.

regardless of meaning, the original code or data is only that: form (before it becomes interpreted).

these critical elements have always been missing on my web pages.

here then, is a new bank to hold the word that superimposes this music.
