Transaction Options

This site allows you to download individual tracks and/or entire album in 'high-quality' MP3 format (192kbs) through various transaction options and to play and share Douglas September's music as many times and with as many people as you want.  If you choose to pay you will be enabling Douglas to keep making music!                                                               The two current transaction options are:

1) download the MP3 FREE as a gift (at no charge) and share it with as many willing ears as possible.                                                                                                                    2) Suggest Price - download the ENTIRE 'album/recording' using a self-determined pricing completely defined by you on what you can afford or for what you believe it is worth.

IMPORTANT:

If you choose to suggest a price, secure payments are made through PayPal, and you get immediate access to all the songs after purchasing by selecting RETURN TO DOUGLAS SEPTEMBER on the PayPal page. You must select RETURN TO DOUGLAS SEPTEMBER for downloads to begin.  Note: You can use your credit card for payment; you do not need a PayPal account.

Because there is no middleman involved, 100% of every sale goes directly to Douglas, his family and his bill collectors. There is also no DRM on the music, so you can play the MP3s anywhere you want and as often as you like. In fact, we encourage you to share with as many people as possible. The MP3's are ideal for making your own CDs, putting on an iPod, re-encoding to other formats, or even using them for making your own songs! (Douglas September's work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-Share Alike 2.5 Canada License!)                                                                                                       

Note that there is a $0.25 processing fee on each self-determined transaction (each full album transaction, not each track), because PayPal charges $0.30 to accept a payment.
